HEP Corporate Finance Limited is an established mergers and acquisitions intermediary and corporate and project fund-raising firm which was founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of the venture capital firm Hong Kong Equity Partners Limited. The company initially served as the in-house mergers and acquisitions intermediary to undertake acquisitions and disposals on behalf of the parent company. Due to general demand, this service as well as corporate and project fund-raising was eventually extended to other third-party clients. The company was acquired by the present management in 2009.
